Actually, The Lessa Blog does not believe in the version* published above (Ilimar Franco’s column on O GLobo newspaper). This blog sees Brahma’s decision to go to court against senator Caiado as as attempt to show strength in the midst of great personal difficulty. Senator Caiado called the drunkard a “coward gangster”. Gangster? Of course he is! Now… a “coward”, that’s unacceptable! Very upset for having been, once again, shown as he really is, Brahma (Brazil’s number one gangster) filled himself with (fake) pride and decided to go to court. Hmmm… and no, “pride” is not another brand of cachaça.
*The motive — Congressmen were asking themselves why former president Lula went to court against senator Ronaldo Caiado. The fact in dispute happened five months ago. They say that the reason was sen. Caiado having publicized in the social media a Lula’s false request for a habeas corpus, fearing his arrest in the Car Wash operation.
