This video is in Brazilian Portuguese. In essence, I compare the current occupant of the Planalto Palace to “Ophelia”, a character who was very famous in TV’s comedy shows. Ophelia would always say the most stupid things, never realizing what she was doing, while driving her husband nuts. Ophelia-Dilma is now the snapshot of this crumbling un-administration.
